Notaries set their own fees. As a guide there is a Notarial Scale of Fees for Victoria, which is reviewed from time to time. A copy of the latest scale is set out below together with the relevant page from the latest Practitioner Remuneration Order for Victoria, which covers the charges set out in Item 9 of the Scale and provides an indication of what the notary may charge. The method of charging may vary according to the task and the time or complexity involved.

Fees do not include disbursements such as DFAT fees or postage or courier fees unless specifically indicated or quoted. Charges may be made for correspondence or attendance prior to the appointment. Where you ask or require to arrange for the Apostille or Authentication, a charge will be made according to the work required or time incurred.
